What is the current version of HyperRESEARCH?
- HyperRESEARCH 3.5 is the most recent version.
How do I tell what version of HyperRESEARCH I have?
- To find out what version you have, start up HyperRESEARCH. From the Help menu (Windows) or the HyperRESEARCH menu (Mac), choose About HyperRESEARCH. The About HyperRESEARCH dialog box shows the version number of your installed copy.
How much does it cost to upgrade?
If you have HyperRESEARCH version 3.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, or 3.0.3, upgrading to HyperRESEARCH version 3.5 is free. If you have version 2.8.3 or earlier, the cost for a new HyperRESEARCH 3.5 license key depends on your status as a Student ($99), Educational ($249), Government/Nonprofit ($349), or Commercial ($499) purchaser.
Can I continue to use my existing files with the new version?
- Yes! Simply install the new version (currently HyperRESEARCH 3.5), register it with your new license key, open the study file as usual, and resume working. (Upgrading from versions before 2.5: Please contact Researchware's Technical Support for assistance.)
