When you purchase our software (HyperRESEARCH or HyperTRANSCRIBE, or both together as a HyperBUNDLE), what you're actually purchasing is a "license key." This key serves to "unlock" the downloadable "free trial" versions of our software, removing trial version limits on numbers of codes and cases for HyperRESEARCH and allowing saving and printing in HyperTRANSCRIBE.

Our licensing policy allows each individual user to install the software on more than one computer in any combination of platforms (MacOS or Windows) -- for example, one for work, one for home, and one on a laptop to use in the field -- provided only one copy is in use at a time.

For computer labs and similar multi-user environments, you will need to purchase one license per computer.

Educational or Nonprofit [501(c)(3)] Organization Pricing for HyperRESEARCH (for both Macintosh and Windows versions)

The discounted price for a single user license of HyperRESEARCH 3.0 for an educational or nonprofit charity organization is $495.00 USD, more than 50% off the regular retail price.

Volume discounts are offered. For example, if you have two people who need to use HyperRESEARCH, you need two licenses. Each of the two licenses costs $495.00 USD for a total cost of $990.00 USD. If you have 6 people who need to use HyperRESEARCH, you would be eligible for the $445.00 per license price for purchasing between 5 and 10 licenses. So the total for six people would be $2,670.00 (6 x $445.00).

The price to upgrade an existing license of HyperRESEARCH from a previous version to 3.0 is $125.00. Compare our upgrade price to other qualitatve software packages when upgrading from a previous release.

Educational/Nonprofit Pricing for HyperTRANSCRIBE (for both Macintosh and Windows versions)

The retail price for a new single user license of HyperTRANSCRIBE is $99.00 USD. Each person using HyperTRANSCRIBE requires a license. Volume discounts are offered.

Educational/Nonprofit Pricing for HyperBUNDLE (for both Macintosh and Windows versions)

HyperRESEARCH and HyperTRANSCRIBE are offered together as a bundle at a discount over purchasing each seperately. The retail price for a HyperBUNDLE for a single user is $555.00 USD. Each HyperBUNDLE provides a license for HyperRESEARCH and HyperTRANSCRIBE for a single user. Addiitonal users require additional bundles. Volume discounts are available for concurrent purchases of 5+ licenses.
