For any of our Customers who purchased HyperRESEARCH 2.8.3 between July 1, 2010 and the release of HyperRESEARCH 3.0, upgrading to 3.0 couldn't be easier. During the week of December 27 to December 31, you will receive your new HyperRESEARCH 3.0 license key(s) via email. The key(s) will be emailed to the email address entered at the time of your purchase. Please be patient, we have a lot of emails to send out. Check your SPAM filters first, but if you haven't received an email with your key(s) from us by Monday, January 3rd, 2011, then please contact support for assistance.
When you receive your new HyperRESEARCH 3.0 license key(s), just download the HyperRESEARCH 3.0 installer for your operating system, run the installer, launch HyperRESEARCH 3.0, and enter the new license key when asked for it.
