Throughout the month of January 2011, ResearchWare Staff will be hosting a series of scheduled on-line chat sessions on the ResearchWare.com website. ResearchWare staff will be on-line and available to answer any questions you may have about our software, to discuss the latest trends in qualitative data analysis, or just to say "Hi!"

To access these chats, you must be a registered member at Researchware.com. (Click on the "Register" link under Member Login to register for access to the Members Only areas of the website.) Access the Chat item under the Community menu.

Existing Researchware customers are pre-registered, using the purchaser's name and email address provided to element5 during the ordering process. Just click the "Forgot Login" link under "Member Login" on the home page and follow the instructions to get your username and password.

* HyperRESEARCH's "Case" structure is unique to CAQDAS software packages. It provides a lot of flexibility in how you approach your data, as each case ("unit of study") can have multiple source files coded to it, and source files may be coded to multiple cases. Join Researchware staff to learn how to most effectively structure your study in HyperRESEARCH.
