HyperRESEARCH can be downloaded here for free. This free version has all of its features available, with the following limitations:
- The Master Code List is limited to 75 codes.
- A Study is limited to 7 cases.
- Each case can have no more than 50 code instances.
These limits make this free version suitable for teaching the basics of qualitative research without requiring students to purchase the full package.
Just order a license from our online store and use the registraton code you receive to unlock your copy of HyperRESEARCH to continue your work without these limitations.
This is a free upgrade for all registered customers. Registration codes for version 2.5 and later continue to work in this latest version.

HyperRESEARCH 2.8 requires Windows® 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP/Vista or Mac OS® 10.3 or later, with at least 128 MB total memory and 20 MB disk space. The Mac version uses Apple's Universal Binary format, offering native performance on both the new Intel-based Macs and older G4 and G3 Macs.
Supplemental Media for HyperRESEARCH Tutorial #5
The HyperRESEARCH package above includes five tutorials to help you get the most out of the program. Everything needed to complete all of the tutorials is included in the package, with the exception of these supplemental media files used in Tutorial #5, provided here separately in order to keep the main package as conveniently small as possible.
