Using our software with Windows Roaming profiles or from Network Drives, or similar configurations
When installing HyperRESEARCH or HyperTRANSCRIBE on a computer systems that uses Microsoft Windows Roaming Profiles or profiles stored on shared network drives or any of several other similar technical configurations used on corporate or university office and lab settings, Researchware's software must be installed by an account with administrative privileges. Failure to do, can result in a variety of errors were the application will not recognized that it is licensed. This may also occur on inidvidual shared computer systems which are used by multiple users where not all users have full access to the shared computer. On any shared system, always ensure the software is installed from an account with full administrative privileges for that computer.
