The HyperRESEARCH tutorials use two example studies: QDA Study and Cinderella Study. These studies are located in the HyperRESEARCH application folder.

The HyperRESEARCH Help window includes links to the example studies. To open them, choose Help > HyperRESEARCH Help, then click "Tutorials" in the list on the left. The links to the example studies are near the bottom of the Tutorials page.

You can locate the study files on your disk by opening the HyperRESEARCH folder and looking in it for the Documentation folder. Inside the Documentation folder, you'll find the Tutorials folder, which contains the tutorial files along with a folder for each study. The "QDA Study" and "Cinderella Study" folders each contain an example study file and its source files.
